Whistler.com aims to enhance the guest experience by providing a superior one-stop-shop for Whistler and the surrounding areas. The website is the primary vehicle for Whistler information, supported by the call centre and online booking engine. The phones are busy in the call centre with last minute bookings and questions for the 2010 Winter Games.

The Marketing Services team is posting a monthly summary of Tourism Whistler's advertising creative material. The summary includes marketing creative finalized within each monthly period in order to showcase to members the advertising that is in market.

February was a busy month mostly spent leveraging the Olympic period by producing one newsletter a day, in order to maximize traffic to the Whistler.com Website. Each newsletter included two stories, which related to a daily event and showcased Whistler attractions.

A Meetings co-op campaign has also been launched allowing the resort and property partners to extend their reach in the corresponding market and promote Whistler as the ideal Meeting destination.
