Residential Member Use Declaration Form - Online Version - Click here (PDF)
The Residential Member Use Declaration Form (UDF) is sent to all Members each October who are not subject to Restrictive Covenants (i.e. Rental Pool requirements) to declare their usage for that billing year as well as their intended usage for the upcoming billing year. This helps expedite billing procedures and communications between Tourism Whistler and it's Members.
The deadline to submit the UDF is December 31st of each year, however you only need to submit the form if you do not have your unit available for nightly rental for more than 14 nights per year, or if you have made a change to your usage. If you do have your unit available for nightly rental for more than 14 nights per year, then there is no need to submit the UDF.
